• the home is located very close the San Francisco's Presidio Park, in the 94118 zip code

• there is not a dedicated access to the backyard and everything will need to be hauled through the home and disposed of

• the entire tree will need to be cut into smaller pieces in the backyard which can then be carried through the home for disposal in the front of the home

• we have a double car garage curb cut so there is a dedicated place for a crew truck to park in front of the home

• the home is located on a flat block and has as easy access as any block in San Francisco

• all flooring and some furniture will need to be protected with canvas painters drop cloths along with plastic tarps

• the wall shown in the photo is between 5' and 6' in height (for scale)

• the tree appears to have fallen in such a way that it completely pulled the stump out and may not need to be ground down with a stump grinder
